Finally all done moving! Finished setting up my computer last night, so here are the last episodes of Saipu! A batch with at least one v2 will be out next week probably, so if there are any other derpy errors, please let me know!
Sparrow’s Hotel 12 will be out later on tonight (haven’t gotten around to encoding it yet) tomorrow due to audio problems (reporting as mono despite it being stereo). The two Yurumates 3D OVAs and Osaka Okan SP will be out later this week.

I do wonder whose brother’s things those all were in 11, though. Saipuu’s final comment makes me think they’re at her place and it’s her brother’s things she’s wearing / looking through.

They were at Rin-chan’s house. The shirt Saipu was wearing was Rin-chan’s brother’s, and Rin-chan brought everyone to her brother’s room.
In that unseen brother’s room, Rin-chan knew exactly where her brother’s porno was stashed, and Saipu was surprised over the amount he had. If it was Saitou’s room, Saipu would have known all of that already.
Saipu’s comment about being Onii-chan’s (Saitou’s) private lewd teacher was in response to Rin-chan’s comment about her being a lewd teacher in general. I take it to mean that she’d only do lewd things to her brother.
